  Shipment could be arranged through Air and Sea CARGO, even DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT depending on the customer's choice of speed or cost.

• SEA CARGO :
  Shipment has 2 (two) terms of arrangement;FCL (Full Container Load), this movement can be done by applying container equipment which each of them has different type and volume as details bellow;
  
  
  • FCL (Full Container Load) :
    That means that buyers will pay for a fix price for a 20 or 40 foot container, whatever he will put inside.
    He can ship the goods whenever he wants, and like that synchronise with he production schedule.
    
    
  • LCL (Less than Container Load) :
    That means that the buyer cannot fill a full contanier, in this case, the shipping company charge per cubic meter.
    The container will only be ship, when the container will be full, with other cargo's customers.

  To order empty container from Surabaya Port 5 days booking in advance is recommended before the loading date of shipment for 20 FT and 10 (Ten) days for 40FT.
  
  Surabaya port is the nearest International harbour from Bali , where here some reputable vendors of shipping lines placed there.
  
  Documentation (Invoice/Packing List and Certificate of Origin) needs to be legalized at Indonesian Trade Department, after the goods leave from Surabaya. This documentation will be sent to consignee.
  

The shipping cost will be charged per cubic meter (CBM).
The formula to get the cubic meter;
( L X W X H ) in Cm / 1,000,000 = Vol. CBM.

Sea cargo shipment require more time than Air cargo, however, economically, the cost of its arrangement is much lower as it will calculate per equipment used combining the destination.

• AIR CARGO :
  Air Cargo Shipment, If the products has a high value, light weight and small size, or you need them urgently AIR CARGO is a good solution .
  The buyer pay per kgs or per volumetric kgs. (depends wich one is the heaviest). Minimum 45 kilos.
  
  Our services (except Courier service) are to port only, any handling or custom taxes/duties incurred would be assigned at destination by it's own countries regulation and excluding on our quotation offered.
  
• COURIER, this service provide for any sample or small packages shipment. The delivery is door to door service. The cost calculated per Kilogram (Kg).
  
  All above explanation were the small part of cargo information as every country have their own regulation, to import goods you may check with any custom agent for the roles applied or re-confirm with us; for documentation/license/declaration needed, any prohibited material of goods, standard packaging, fumigation required, etc. We'll arrange your requirement refer to any implemented regulation in your country, so there would be no problems on releasing your shipment.

• FAST SHIPMENT:
  If your shipment is very urgent, you can use some express courier services like FedEX, DHL or UPS. This is the fastest way to ship goods, door-to-door, but is quiet expensive. It's also the solution we generally use for jewelry order.

• PAYMENT
  For security reason payment by bank transfer is recommended. We will provide you our bank details when you ready to wire the money. 50% down payment is required after receiving your order and the balance must be paid when the goods are ready to ship. As soon as we receive the down payment we will start the production.
  
  
  Make sure to pay the transfer fee when sending the money as we want to receive the full amount in our account.
  Also please make sure to confirm payment by e-mail so we know that the money is on its way and we know who sent it when it arrives.

• SAMPLE ORDER
  We allow sample orders. Sample order for handicraft, minimim order USD 200 excluding the shipping cost. The maximum quantity sample you can order is 10 pieces (depending on your choice)
  
  
• PRODUCTION TIME
  All items are handmade, lead time of production may vary depend on the quantity, but it average range is 2-4 weeks. When we finished the production earlier we will inform you so the other way around.
  
  
• DELIVERY TIME
  Delivery time may vary slightly from country to country but generally it takes arround 6 weeks to reach your nearest port.
